Information, not a consultation

The guides, glossary, videos and chat answers on this site are general health information written by Dr. Ankita Gahlot. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan for you. Reading the site or using the chat does not make you Dr. Ankita's patient. Every body and every pregnancy is different, so please discuss any decision about tests, medicines or treatment with your own doctor.

In an emergency, don't wait for the website

Heavy bleeding, severe pain, fainting, a high fever, reduced baby movements or any symptom that frightens you needs care now. Call 108 or 112, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

The Quick answers chat

The chat is an AI assistant. It answers only from Dr. Ankita's own articles, videos and posts, but it can still get things wrong or miss what matters in your situation. It is not Dr. Ankita replying in person. Use it to find the right guide and to prepare questions for your doctor, not to make medical decisions. Please don't use it to send personal details, and don't try to misuse it, overload it or copy its answers in bulk with automated tools. How your questions are stored is explained on the privacy page.

Booking and other sites

Consultations are booked through Cloudnine's website, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and policies. Videos load from YouTube and Instagram under their terms. This site isn't responsible for the content or availability of sites it links to.

Using the content

The articles, videos, photos of Dr. Ankita and design of this site belong to Dr. Ankita Gahlot unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links and to quote a short extract with credit and a link back to the page. Please ask before copying whole articles or using the content commercially.

Accuracy and responsibility

The content is reviewed against standard medical guidance and updated regularly, but medicine changes and no article can cover every case. The site is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, Dr. Ankita Gahlot is not liable for decisions made only on the basis of this site or the chat without seeing a doctor.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top will change when they are. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
