What this website collects, why, and who can see it. Last updated 10 October 2026.

The short version

• You can read every page without giving your name, phone number or email.
• The site counts visits and clicks with Google Analytics so we know which guides help people.
• If you use the Quick answers chat, your question and the answer are saved so Dr. Ankita's team can check the answers and write better guides. Please don't type your name, phone number or other personal details into it.
• Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Visits and clicks

The site uses Google Analytics 4. It records which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from (for example a Google search or Instagram), the type of device, and clicks on the booking, WhatsApp, video and chat buttons. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on, and the site still works.

The Quick answers chat

When you ask the chat a question, it is sent to OpenAI to write an answer from Dr. Ankita's own articles, videos and posts. Under OpenAI's API terms, it is not used to train their models by default. Each question and answer is then saved to a private spreadsheet with the page you were on, the time, and a random code that groups one visit's questions together. That code is not linked to your name, device or account. Your internet address is used only for a short while to stop the chat being flooded, and it is not saved.

Only Dr. Ankita and the people who run this site can see the saved questions. They are used to check the answers are right and to decide which guides to write next.

What your browser keeps

The chat keeps two small notes in your own browser: the random visit code (cleared when you close the tab) and whether you closed the chat, so it doesn't pop up again. The visit code is sent only along with chat questions, and the other note never leaves your browser.

Videos and links to other sites

Videos load from YouTube or Instagram only when you press play, and those services then apply their own privacy policies. Booking links go to Cloudnine's website and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Anything you share there is handled under their policies, not this one.

Google account access

The tools behind this site use Google's services only to read from and write to Dr. Ankita Gahlot's own Google Sheets, such as the chat log. They never ask for or access a visitor's Google account.
